There's no subscription and no charge for using CentreMove. You pay for the documents, checks and searches your sale actually needs — and you see the total before you pay for anything.

Getting started
Register and Get Moving
£60.00
One-off registration fee.
When you pay your one off registration fee, you will be provided with your official property registration document and title plan. By verifying your ID, CentreMove will then check that you legally own your property. Once completed, you are good to go and you will unlock full access to the UK's first centralised property platform. Enjoy!
Property searches
These are the three searches almost every buyer's conveyancer asks for. Order them when you're ready — there's no need to decide now.

Search prices depend on the property and the local authority, so treat these as typical. You'll always see the exact total for your property before you pay, and you choose which searches to order.
What we don't charge for
- Using CentreMove — there's no subscription and no monthly fee.
- Creating an account, or browsing properties.
- Filling in your property forms, uploading documents, or building your pack.
- Sharing your pack with a buyer, their conveyancer or their agent.
- Messaging buyers, receiving offers, or tracking your chain.
Comparing us with a conveyancer's quote? Their fees are for the legal work on your sale. Ours cover the documents, checks and searches you need upfront — you'll still instruct a conveyancer to handle the conveyancing itself.
